Red, rosé and even white, Fronton has every colour !
One particular variety “ la négrette”, makes this wine unique in all the world (no other vineyards use it). Numerous estates and châteaux are dotted around this wine area.
The Maison des Vins is the perfect place to go to find out about the various wines.
If you're up for a bit of history, a large section of the Musée de la vigne in Villaudric is given over to the tools used in the cultivation of vines.
Signposted paths provide another way of exploring Nature, especially in autumn, when the vines are clothed in red and yellow and bathed in a gentle light. A perfect moment of peace and quiet.
